1. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Requests made after 30 days will not be approved.

Items must:
- Be unused and uninstalled
- Be in original condition and packaging
- Include all accessories
- Include proof of purchase
Products purchased from third-party sellers must be returned to the original seller.
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return:

Please wait for approval before sending any item back.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
For non-defective returns:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customs duties or taxes are non-refundable
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with photos and your order number.
We will provide a replacement or refund after review.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank.
