Return & Refund Policy

At KOOVA, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before submitting a return request.

1. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Return requests made after 30 days of delivery will not be approved.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and uninstalled.
  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • All original accessories, parts, and documentation must be included.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, must be provided.

Items that have been installed, used, damaged by the customer, modified, or returned incomplete may not be accepted.

Products purchased from third-party sellers, distributors, or other retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.

3. How to Request a Return

Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if applicable.

Do not send any item back before receiving return approval from KOOVA. Unauthorized returns may be refused and will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Return Shipping

For non-defective returns, including change-of-mind purchases or incorrect orders placed by the customer:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, payment processing fees, or other related charges are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the returned item is properly packed and safely delivered to us.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. KOOVA is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during return shipping.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@koovacomponents.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

After reviewing the case, we may offer a replacement, repair solution, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that the actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or incorrect:

  • Used or installed products
  • Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, accident, neglect, or unauthorized modification
  • Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or proof of purchase
  • Unauthorized returns
  • Clearance, final-sale, or specially discounted items, if marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
