Shipping Methods & Cost

KOOVA currently offers standard international shipping for most orders.

Orders may be shipped by YunExpress, Yuntu Logistics, 4PX, DHL, UPS, FedEx, or other available carriers depending on the destination country or region.

For most international orders, shipping fees are generally around USD $10–$25 per order.

Free standard shipping is available for orders over USD $99, unless otherwise stated on the product page, promotional page, or checkout page before payment.

The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

During holidays, promotional periods, or product restocking, processing time may take longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is calculated from the date of shipment.

  • Mexico: approximately 8–12 business days
  • United States and Canada: approximately 5–8 business days
  • South American countries: approximately 19–21 business days
  • European countries: approximately 5–8 business days
  • Southeast Asian countries: approximately 5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, remote areas, or other factors beyond our control.

Delivery Responsibility

If the package is damaged, lost, or incorrect due to our error or the carrier’s transit issue, please contact us with your order number and valid photos or evidence. After review, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

If the package is returned, delayed, or lost due to incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or unpaid customs duties or taxes, the customer may be responsible for the related costs.
